Here you can sign up online for Sponsorships. Sign ups must occur before October 15, 2010 in order to be placed in the program.

General Instructions and Information

The location for the festival is
Desert Sands Park - 9117 3rd St. East, Palmdale, CA

The Festival will run from
November 5, 2010, 10am-6pm

Setup will be on Saturday, November 5th from 6am to 9am

We are limiting the amount of same type vendors at this event because of size constraints, so before you order, please note the following:

  1. There will be NO REFUNDS issued. In the case of inclement weather, the festival will be rescheduled and you will have a credit for that rescheduled event at the price you originally paid;
  2. Submission of this form does not guarantee that you will have a booth at the festival. We will contact you by email if your submission has been accepted. You will then receive a link via email if you are paying by credit/debit card, or you will have 5 business days after notification of acceptance to submit your check.
  3. If paying by check, if the payment is not received within 5 business day, your submission will be removed.
  4. Submission of this form constitutes agreement to all guidelines listed below. Read Guidelines

Vendor Guidelines

Each vendor agrees to follow the guidelines set forth by the Antelope Valley Veterans' Day Parade or any agents acting on behalf of the 2011 Antelope Valley Veterans Day Parade and Festival. The City of Palmdale, Los Angeles County, 2011 Antelope Valley Veterans Day Parade, Antelope Valley Veteran's Community Action Coalition, and any and all event sponsors are released of responsibility and liability from injury, damage or theft under all circumstances. All vendor participants agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless the City of Palmdale, Los Angeles County, 2011 Antelope Valley Veterans Day Parade, Antelope Valley Veteran's Community Action Coalition, and any and all event sponsors, their agents, officers and employees, from and against any and all liability, expense, including defense costs, and legal fees, and claims for damage of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, personal injury, or property damage arising from or connected with operations, or services hereunder, including any workers compensation suites, liability, or expense arising from or connected with services performed on behalf of staff or any person pursuant to this agreement.

Application and payment of fees do not constitute agreement until State Board Of Equalization permit number or Non-Seller written statement explaining exemption is provided. All food vendors are required to obtain a permit from the Los Angeles County Health Department for this event and include a copy with application.
